Attorney Nath is a graduate of Skidmore College and New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. She is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut, the State of New York and before the United States District Court of Connecticut, 2nd Circuit.

Attorney Nath has been practicing in the area of family law for over 17 years as a litigator, mediator and now in the collaborative process. She has represented parties in divorce and custody matters primarily in the judicial districts of Hartford, Rockville/Tolland, New Britain and Middletown.  Attorney Nath’s law practice also includes residential real estate, personal injury and criminal defense. She is a member of the Family Law Sections of the Hartford County Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is a former member and treasurer of the Hartford Association of Women Attorneys.
