Mr. Russell has over 30 years of experience in public accounting. He has assisted in Family Law Matters for the past 20 years.

Jim has extensive experience in tax laws pertaining to family law, financial planning, and has performed valuation of businesses and pensions for the past 25 years. He has spoken at many conferences in conjunction with tax issues and valuation issues pertaining to family law matters.

Jim is a graduate of Bryant University, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and holds an Accredited Business Valuation certification. Jim is also past Chairman and current member of the Peer Review Committee for the CSCPA.
