Attorney Harper is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law. She was admitted to the Connecticut Bar and the U.S. District Court of Connecticut in 1978. The primary focus of her practice has been and still is Family Law, including dissolution of marriage, child custody, support, alimony and post-judgment issues.

Over 20 years ago, Attorney Harper began offering mediation services to clients as an alternative to litigation. She has been a long-standing member of the Connecticut Council for Divorce Mediation. Attorney Harper is a member of the American, Connecticut and Hartford County Bar Associations. She serves on several committees within each Association and serves on the Committee for Recommendations for Admission into the Bar for Hartford County. For over 20 years, Attorney Harper has volunteered her time to serve as a Special Master for the Hartford, Middletown, New Britain and Tolland Superior Courts, as well as for the Regional Family Trial Docket in Middletown.

Attorney Harper is in private practice with offices located in Hartford and Glastonbury.
