A graduate of Albertus Magnus College and The University of Connecticut School of Law, Ms. Bozek is a former mediator with Family Relations in Hartford Superior Court. She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and sits on the executive committee of the Family Law division of the Hartford Country Bar Association. She is a member of the Connecticut Council of Divorce Mediators and the Association for Family and Conciliation Courts.

Ms. Bozek practices exclusively in the area of family law in Hartford, Tolland, Middlesex and Litchfield counties.
